Return Policy
All items sold by Jum-Pawn-It are covered by a 3-day return policy, where anything purchased in-store can be exchanged for store credit. Our return policy does not cover items that are not in original condition or items that are missing the packaging/accessories it was sold with.
For online purchases, the buyer agrees to pay for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important: It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure compatibility, working condition, and proper size/dimensions of any items purchased. Be sure to check all aspects of the item, including functionality prior to leaving the store.
To be Eligible for a Return:
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase (aka receipt).
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you purchased it in.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging and with any accessories it was sold with.
How to Return an Item:
You have three (3) days from the original date of purchase to return items purchased in-store for store credit.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some items are excluded from the return policy:
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software/digital products
- Some health and personal care items
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned
- Intimates
- Sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases (including lighters)
Partial Store Credit:
Partial store credit may be granted under certain circumstances solely at our discretion. A restocking fee may apply.

- Items returned AFTER the 3-day period
Returns from our Online Store:
Please contact us immediately with any issues or concerns regarding online sales. For most online sales, there is a 14-day return window.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for mailing the return item.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
The time it takes for a return or exchange will vary based on where you live.
For more expensive items ($150+), we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, purchasing shipping insurance, or adding signature delivery to your shipment. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
