Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Jum-Pawn-It (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period

The Giveaway is ongoing and winners are selected every Monday at or around close of business (unless otherwise posted). Giveaway period may be extended or altered at the discretion of the Sponsor.

How to Enter

📍 All entries must be submitted in person at one of the participating store locations. No online, phone, or mail-in entries will be accepted.

There are six (6) ways to enter the Giveaway:

  1. In-Store Free Entry:
    Visit any participating location and request one (1) free raffle ticket. No purchase necessary. Limit one free ticket per person, per day.
  2. Bonus Entry with Purchase:
    Spend $50 or more (before tax) in-store to get five (5) additional raffle tickets per qualifying transaction.
  3. Bonus Entry with Review:
    Leave a Google review and show us to receive one (1) additional raffle ticket. Reviews may be positive, neutral, or negative. Limit one review-based entry per store, per person.
  4. Bonus Entry via SMS Sign-Up:
    Text LABUBU to (562) 479-7420 to join our marketing list and receive five (5) bonus raffle tickets.

      • After sending the text, show the confirmation message to an associate to receive your tickets.

      • By texting, you consent to receive occassional marketing messages from Jum-Pawn-It. Message and data rates may apply. Reply END to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

      • Limit one SMS-based bonus entry per person.

  5. Bonus Entry via Social Media Follow
    Follow any of Jum-Pawn-It’s official social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and show proof of following to an associate in-store to receive one (1) bonus raffle ticket per platform.
    Limit one bonus ticket per platform per person. Follows must be current at the time of entry verification.
  6. Bonus Entry via Social Media Repost
    Repost any Jum-Pawn-It social media post that is clearly labeled “#REPOST for Bonus Tix” and show us proof to receive two (2) bonus raffle tickets per qualifying post. Limit one bonus per unique reposted post per person.

Prizes

A new winner will be drawn every Monday at each participating location. The prize for each drawing is one (1) Popmart Labubu Blind Box.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
  • The prize is guaranteed to be authentic only if the winner registers the prize at the store before leaving the premises.
  • Registration involves verifying both the box and the plush pendant using Popmart’s verification system:
  1. Scratch off the label located on the back of the box.
  2. Scan the QR code.
  3. Enter the requested information into the Popmart website.
  4. A valid message will read:

    Verified as genuine by POPMART
    Code: [code here]
    Result: Genuine. First Time Verification.

  • Winners may decline to register the prize; however, by doing so, they waive the authenticity guarantee, and Jum-Pawn-It will not be held responsible for the authenticity of any unregistered prizes once they leave the store.

Winner Selection and Notification

(1) One winner will be randomly selected from each location. Winners will be announced on jumpawnit.com/labubu. Winners will have one (1) week from the date of selection to claim their prize in person at the location where the ticket was drawn. Winners must present the matching ticket and confirm their identity to claim a prize. If the prize is not claimed within this time, a new winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at each location.

Additional Terms

  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

  • By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the awarding, receipt, or use/misuse of any prize.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries or contact information.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Right to Cancel or Modify

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
