My uncle wanted to get a loan but was unsure if the pawnshop needed another requirement before they accepted his gun as collateral. I’m glad you mention in your post that. A licensed FFL dealer must handle all firearm transfers before they can be used as collateral. He urgently needs the money for his medication here in Highland, CA, and wants to get his firearms to pawn as soon as possible.
